Strategic strenghthens management team

Nick Josephy, Peter Rygaard Andersen join Strategic Software management team.

Leading shipping systems supplier Strategic Software Limited has strengthened its management team by the appointment of two experienced shipping people.

Nick Josephy assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive international management expertise from senior positions with the P&O Group, where he was Managing Director of P&O Tankships for six years. A member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers with a degree from Oxford University and general management training at Harvard Business School, Nick will complement Strategic’s strong IT expertise with his in-depth knowledge of chartering, sale and purchase and newbuilding projects.

Peter Rygaard Andersen joins Strategic as Business Development Director (IMX), to oversee the launch and further expansion of the StrategicIMX platform. Peter has recent e-commerce experience as Vice President, Marketing & PR, of ShipDesk Limited, where he was responsible for brand management and all marketing communications. Prior to that, he headed the Marketing/Sales/PR division of the world’s largest shipping association, BIMCO.
